RETURNS: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately in order to resolve the issue. If, after a thorough verification process, the company agrees to replace the product, you must return it in the same condition, and the product must not have been used. The product needs to be in the same unmarked and undamaged box, as this is considered part of the product. If you decide to cancel the order, please inform us before the product is shipped. Once the product is shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it or issue any refund.
REFUND POLICY: We take proper care of all of our shirts to ensure they meet your needs. Sometimes, pre-owned shirts can show signs of wear, which will be stated in the item description. However, if you notice any damage beyond what may be included in the item description, please return the item to us within 14 days, and we will exchange it.
